Visual Basic 2008 Express is missing some nuts & bolts for debugging DLLs


For me, it's not possible to fully configure the way Visual Basic 2008 Express launchs a DLL in DEBUG mode.
Here are the lines I use in the .vbproj.user file:  (click to see a bigger image)
